Celebrations are in order… Later this week my mother would have been 74 years of age. My aunt in England will be 73. I was diagnosed a few days after their birthday last year. I am celebrating a Life lived and a Life spared this weekend.
I am living and enjoying every moment. I am grateful for my mommy and her life. I am grateful for the grace and strength given to me to survive all my obstacles. I am grateful for the children I have; the doctors said I would not be able to produce. I am grateful for all my blessings.
Planning for the future and taking care of business do not forget to live in the moment. I forget sometimes to enjoy the process. I enjoy working hard and taking care of everyone, but I am learning to celebrate and enjoy me. I am learning to have fun and share moments with family and friends.
Please join me in Celebrating… Life’s too short to not enjoy.

Thank you for reading and commenting. It is very difficult because people get so caught up in just paying bills and trying to make ends meet and forget to enjoy and make moments and memories.
