We all have invisible pain… something we don’t talk about or deal with upfront. Invisible pain is venomous. Invisible pain stays around like your shadow; quiet and ever-changing as the seasons do.
How are we supposed to deal with things we don’t see? How do we turn it off the pain permanently?
Like a shadow, you can only see it if you cast a light on it.
So let us loose ourselves from the invisible pains that hold us hostage. Everything cannot be handled by yourself. You don’t have to be so strong that you suffer in silence forever. There is help out there for us all… some of us cling to religion/faith, family, or friends, but still the pain slices through our souls like a knife on flesh. Raw nerve endings exposed when lest expected; just when you were fine then the pain rips through you causing your anguish to grow like weeds in a garden that was unkempt.
We need to deal with our demons head-on or we will continue letting the Invisible pain chipping away at our sanity… telling us we are not good enough, we not smart enough, and/or we are not pretty enough. Talking to an outside source can be a great way to get a clear picture of what is haunting you. The outside source is not tainted with judgment or has an agenda.
I challenge you to start working on your invisible pain get to an outside source and start a journal to identify all your feelings. Start understanding why you feel and how you feel the way you do. Let’s break out of this invisible trap… No more being held hostage to pain and suffering.
