There is a strange thing that happens when you are recuperating or healing whether from sickness, emotional issues, or just trying to be in total balance and whole. You internalize thoughts and you roam around looking at every nook and cranny of your soul for answers. You realize how trivial a lot of things were. You realize how important other things were. You also realize how important you…yes, you…… are in this world. You also realize how much talent and time you have wasted.
Our Talents are gifts, how we used them to make us Gifted or wasteful. I have encountered all kinds of thought as I am healing. As I am resting in my thoughts, I realize all the time wasted on silliness. I realized all my harsh words a waste. I realized how much further we could have all been only if I had seen the time slipping away.
The pain of loss, the pain of recuperation… the yearning to love beyond the pain. The yearning to nurture beyond the pain. The pain rings in my ears daily from my scars. There are days my lungs are so tight I can’t even breathe. It hurts… It all hurts… but through pain brings clarity. Through it all, we find peace… wholeness…We are no longer wasting but, GIFTED.
Utilizing our gifts to improve our communities and the future. We must utilize our gifts to enhance our humanity. We must focus on what is important. The LEGACY must grow beyond the borders of our homes and our communities. Our gifts are not ours to hold on to… We are GIFTED to change the world. We are GIFTED to build a new society. GIFTED must bring in a new order. GIFTED must teach, nurture, and grow. GIFTED is born out of the pain and nurtured by the yearning developed by the endurance for life.
I challenge you to not waste your gift. I challenge you to utilize your gifts beyond your borders. I challenge you to be the GIFTED and let your LEGACY run through the world like wildfire igniting the fire of hope and enlightenment.
