I took about a month off from my business activity to concentrate on my more important personal issues. My health was affected by stressors. I took the time to prioritize things and get some things in order.
When you have gone through a major sickness you learn quickly when you need a moment. I call it quiet time. Quiet time is the time to meditate and focus on my inner core and what I need physically and mentally.
It is quite simple for me to do now. I was not able to sleep as much as I would have liked but, I was able to learn more about my children and their stress. I was able to see that they also needed my attention and learn to get quiet moments to settle their minds from their mental stressors. I was also able to focus on what is needed for us not to be each other’s stressors as well. Being home with each other 24/7 can also take its toll. we are all learning new techniques and communication skills that will help alleviate the stress we can cause each other.
Quiet Time is a necessity. Being in-tune with your body and spirit is necessary to know when you should take your quiet time.
I challenge you to meditate a few times a day take the breaks needed to relieve the stressors of your day. I challenge you to pay attention to your body as well. Your body gives you signs when things are too much for you. Take heed because you don’t want your body to sit you down.

Yes ma’am. Most days between 2-4pm we have our quiet time. We need space and time away from each other. We need time to process what we’ve learned and experienced. We get along better when we rest. You are so wise.
